Uniform Inspection form

Den Leaders please wear your scout uniform. If the boys see their Leaders in uniform they will want to wear theirs also.
This is the form we will be using for our uniform inspections. This should be the same, except for a correction, form we have used in years past.
If you find any errors, or have questions, please let me know.
For correct printing set margins on both sides, top, and bottom to .5 inch.
