Click the link below and follow the directions on the screen. Allow yourself at least 30 minutes to complete the training. At the end of the training you will receive certification that you have completed the training, and the Council office will also receive and post the information in your training records. You must access the Youth Protection Training through this web site to have your records updated at the council office.

Cub Scout Leader Fast Start Training - Fast Start training will help new leaders to understand what is expected and to establish effective meeting patterns so that the boys and their families can enjoy a quality program from the start. Fast Start is the first step in the continuum of training for Scout leaders. Its objective is to provide all the information and resources for new leaders to conduct their first meeting, along with guidance for the meetings that follow.

Cub Scout Outdoor Activity Award - This link will take you to the BSA National website. Select the "Awards" tab to access the information. Tiger Cubs, Wolf and Bear Cub Scouts, and Webelos Scouts have the opportunity to earn the Cub Scout Outdoor Activity Award. Boys may earn the award in each of the program years as long as the requirements are completed each year. The first time the award is earned, the boy will receive a pocket flap award, which is to be worn on the right pocket flap of the uniform shirt. Each successive time the award is earned, a wolf track pin may be added to the flap. Leaders should encourage boys to build on skills and experiences from previous years when working on the award for a successive year.
