Cub Scout Pack 85 Newsletter Oct. 2005
Date: 10/25/05
109 people attended the Hayride/Bonfire at Jerry’s. There were 39 scouts. Special thanks go to Jerry and his wife for all that they did, and for the use of their yard, fields, and woods. Everyone had a blast and the decorations were super!
Can Goods Collection - Scouts need to fill their Can-Do bags and return them to the November Pack meeting on Tuesday, November 29, at 7:00.
The Holly Days Parade will be on Saturday, December 3. We need a float committee for Holly Days. Please sign up on the poster. Call Tom Fournier if you have questions, at 784-8874. Does anyone have an extra sleigh for the Holly Days parade?
Circus Scout Night will be on Friday, November 11, 05 at 7:30 pm., at the Palace of Auburn Hills. $4.00 off regular ticket prices ~~ you may choose from $16., $13.50, or $8.50 tickets. Patch included. The last day to sign up is today, October 25, 05.. Tanya has the signup sheets.
The tours of Lionel Train will be on Saturday, November 26, at 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

The Extreme Monster Truck Nationals are on Saturday, November 26, at 2 p.m. or 8 p.m.
Tickets for the 2 p.m. show are $10.00 ; Tickets for the 8 p.m show are $10. or $15.

Spartan Clash – Saturday, December 10, at 7 p.m, at the Palace. $10. ~ minimum of l5 people. Tanya has the signup sheets.
Reminder – All of the scouts can bring an unwrapped new toy for a Tot or Teen to the December Pack Meeting, on Tuesday, December 20, at 7:00. A patch will be awarded if the scout donates a toy.
Harlem Globetrotters – Wednesday, December 28, at 7 pm. at the Palace. ~ $15.00 per person (patch included). Tanya has the signup sheets.
Pack Roller Skating Night – Friday, December 30, from 7 pm. – 9 pm at the Imlay City Roller Rink. Cost will be $5.00, which will include skate rental, pizza, etc. Tanya has the signup sheets.
The next Committee Meeting will be on Monday, November 21, from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at the Armada Free Public Library. All parents are welcome to attend.
We are still collecting Cans for Cubs. Scouts need to give their pop can refund money to Jeanne.
Pack meetings will be at 7 p.m. (Tuesdays)
