District Pinewood Derby Rules (revised 1/16/10)

Here are the derby rules. Again, no real changes except for "no more graphite." Many of you have already switched to the new oils available and I think we all agree that oil is better. And certainly a lot cleaner. We will do a separate page on the different oils available and the differences.
